Hi! My name is Rachel Mammen. I am currently a junior at Plano West Senior High School in Plano, Texas. I am so excited to share my research with you!

For the past four years, I have been using Extracted Pectin to alleviate the impacts associated with drought. In this project, I examined the effects of Extracted Pectin placement on a shallow-rooted seed in a Sand growth medium. Watch the video to find out more about my projects.
